Wedding Details
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Rehearsals
A professional wedding coordinator is required to assist you and your guests with the wedding rehearsal and ceremony. Your Catering Sales Manager will provide you with names of recommended coordinators.
Event Times
Weddings are offered during two time periods during the day: 11:00a.m. – 4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. – 12:00a.m. Times may vary based on specific dates and availability.

Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests. Parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.

Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. The maximum overset will be 50 people. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
